How we handle what you send us
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Who we are
cybermiltech.com is operated by AmonSul Tech LLC, Kyiv, Ukraine, the data controller for information sent through this site. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the briefing form:
- name, organization and work email;
- country, if you add it;
- how your network is connected and which module interests you;
- your message, if you write one.
With each request we also record the time and the country your connection comes from, as reported by Cloudflare.
Why we use it
To answer your briefing request and follow up on it. We don't add you to marketing lists and we don't sell or share your details. The legal basis is your request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse.
Where it goes
The form is processed by a Cloudflare function and delivered by email to our sales inbox. The site keeps no database of submissions, and our server logs record only whether a request succeeded and when, never its content.
Protecting the form
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, not a bot.
- To limit repeated requests we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 10 minutes, then it expires.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. This site sets no cookies of its own.
Stored in your browser
While you fill in the form, a draft is saved in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose it. It stays on your device and is removed when you send the request or select Discard draft.
How long we keep it
We keep briefing emails for as long as we need them to answer your request and any work that follows from it, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
